Nominados a los Premios Emmy 2015: 'Juego de Tronos' arrasa con 24 candidaturas
La lista de nominados a los Emmy 2015 ya es oficial. Esta tarde se ha hecho público el nombre los candidatos a alzarse con uno de estos galardones en la 67ª edición de los premios, que se celebrará el domingo 20 de septiembre en el Teatro Microsoft de Los Ángeles (EEUU) y que presentará el cómico Andy Samberg.
Juego de Tronos es la gran favorita este año con 24 candidaturas. La producción de HBO que rodará su sexta temporada íntegramente en España, opta entre otros al premio a la mejor serie dramática. Compite con Downton Abbey que salta de categoría, Mad Men, Homeland, House of Cards, >Orange is the New Black y Better Call Saul, que tiene la difícil tarea de acercarse al éxito que cosechó Breaking Bad en 2014.
El segundo en la lista de los más nominados es American Horror Story, con 19 opciones, y la miniserie Olive Kitteridge, con 13. La tv movie sobre la cantante de blues Bessie Smith, Bessie, aspira a 12 premios, mientras que House of Cards, Mad Men y Transparent empatan con 11 candidaturas.
En el extremo opuesto, en las comedias, destaca Modern Family. La exitosa comedia de ABC podría hacer historia ya que aspira a conseguir su sexto Emmy consecutivo. De conseguirlo superaría el récord que hasta ahora comparte con Frasier, el spin-off de Cheers
