Solo unos pocos se dieron cuenta: el otro detalle en el homenaje de 'OT 2020' a George Floyd
La edición vivió este miércoles su penúltima gala.
OT 2020, el talent de TVE, vivió este miércoles la penúltima gala de la actual edición. De nuevo, la actualidad de fuera de la Academia salpicó al programa musical.
Al parón obligado por la crisis del coronavirus, se sumaron ahora las protestas raciales que comenzaron en Estados Unidos tras la muerte de George Floyd y que han traspasado las fronteras.
La dirección de Operación Triunfo informó a los concursantes de todo lo que está ocurriendo, algo que no suelen hacer, y decidió cambiar el final de la actuación grupal como homenaje a las protestas.
Al finalizar la canción Lay all your love on me, los triunfitos deberían de haber terminado de pie con el puño en alto, tal y como se pudo observar en los ensayos del pasado uno de junio. Sin embargo, con el cambio de guión los concursantes terminaron de rodillas y con la cabeza agachada.
Pero hubo un segundo detalle dentro del homenaje. El puesto de Nía, la concursante canaria de piel negra, también se vio alterado, ya que pasó de ser la segunda por la izquierda en los ensayos a ocupar el centro en la gala de este miércoles.
Esta decisión de Operación Triunfo de recordar a Floyd y apoyar las protestas raciales está siendo muy aplaudida por los espectadores del programa en las redes sociales.
